On June 19th, a preparatory meeting aimed at gathering the strength of alumni from the Greater Bay Area, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Dongguan, and working together to promote the development of the Shenzhen Alumni Association, came to a successful conclusion with a warm welcome from the Sipimo Group. Applause and laughter intertwined, wisdom and inspiration collided, and a new chapter of friendship and cooperation among alumni was written.

At the beginning of the event, senior students from different industries and fields gathered one after another. They are not only outstanding figures in their respective fields, but also indispensable think tanks in the alumni association family. Alumni such as Lu Weihang, Huang Pinqi, He Sanpeng, Song Qingxian, and Zhang Menghua, with full enthusiasm and unique insights into the future development of the Shenzhen Alumni Association, generously shared their special speech on "I Provide Strategies for the Shenzhen Alumni Association". From optimizing the organizational structure to innovating event planning, from effectively integrating resources to accurately matching alumni needs, multi-dimensional and all-round thinking and suggestions have added a brilliant stroke to the development blueprint of the alumni association. Mao Wangren, General Manager of Shenzhen Boyan and Dean of the Joint School of Financial Philosophy, stated that he will carefully organize and summarize the proposals of the students, and jointly promote the implementation of the Boyan Shenzhen Alumni Association.

It is worth mentioning that Dean Xu Xiaoliang's theme sharing "Heisei Revelation - Exploring the Path of Chinese Enterprises Breaking through the 'Lost Thirty Years' in Japan" brought a feast of ideas to everyone present with his profound academic foundation and forward-looking business insights. Dean Xu emphasized that in the face of the new normal of the global economy, the way for Chinese enterprises to break through lies in both internal and external improvements - strengthening innovation capabilities internally and actively exploring markets externally. He proposed that the preparation and services of the Shenzhen Alumni Association should focus on "circle empowerment" and "cultural empowerment". The climax of the event was undoubtedly the sharing of alumni Zhu Jianxia, the chairman of the host Sipimo Group.
